S-23 Monthly Oil Sands Processing Statement
The ERCB in Alberta requires operators to submit monthly statements of the oil sands, crude bitumen, oil sands products, marketable gas, and condensate received at the plant and the quantity of oil sands products derived, stored, and delivered for the preceding month.
These statements are part of each company’s Production Accounting Manual, which is proprietary to the company, and is developed in conjunction with the ERCB.
